Tampere Filharmonia opens the 51 festival in honour of the new Artistic Director Topi Lehtipuu who calls the city of Tampere his Finnish home. The theme of the concert is Women and Liberty. Melanie Diener, who has been described as an addictive soprano will dazzle her audience at this intense concert.
